Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to availability. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details. Please ensure all information provided is accurate.
Cancellation Policy
No cash refund policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before departure. Cancelled bookings will receive a coupon code for future use valid for 6 months. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure.
Luggage Allowance
Each passenger is allowed one checked bag (up to 20kg) and one carry-on bag. Additional or oversized luggage may incur extra charges and is subject to space availability.
Check-in Requirements
Passengers must check in at least 30 minutes before departure time. Late arrivals may result in forfeited bookings without refund. Please bring valid identification and your booking confirmation.
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited on board: weapons, explosives, flammable materials, illegal substances, and hazardous materials. BS Transport Express reserves the right to inspect luggage and refuse transport of prohibited items.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other passengers. Disruptive behavior, intoxication, or violation of safety rules may result in removal from the vehicle without refund.
Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safe travel, BS Transport Express is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or mechanical issues. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
